In this very first episode, Caspar gets binge thinking with Brisbane-based filmaker Jeff Andersen Jnr about what it's like being a young creative in the arts industry today. Jeff's work spans film, TV, and photography with a specialty in content for the music industry. He has directed film clips for Courtney Barnett and Tired Lion, and is a regular photographer for Jeremy Neale. The boys ended up bingeing on the difficulty defining what you do, the struggle in funding creative work, the idea of a universal basic income, class relations in Australia and Caspar's distaste for statistics. Jeff was awarded the winner of the episode for explaining the difference in public perception between scientists and filmakers. Get on board.
